I have worked with Faith for a few years. She has been involved in the rental of an apartment and a commercial retail business. And now the complicated sale of a commercial building. Through out these transactions she has always worked very hard and has been great at keeping me informed. She is vary involved in all the aspects of the negotiation right up to the closing of which she attended. I highly recommend her to anyone. Faith is great realtor and is always available to talk to. Faith has years of experience that gives her a depth of knowledge your competitors can't match. She walked us through every part of the process and was always available for questions. At this point I can't imagine going to anyone else.

After shepherding sale of my former residence in December of 2023, Faith Fierro sent relevant listings to me for the year and a half it took to identify the home I'm currently in the process of moving into, that checked all of my boxes. I needed a 1-floor living space that was also a big enough space for all my belongings, and located close to friends and services. In April 2025 the housing market is somewhat competitively frenetic. I saw the house the day after I spoke with her and she helped form the bid, as there were already others. Mine was accepted. However both sets of lawyers kept giving each other problems, and the Title Search progressed at its own measured pace, with our closing 26 days after the date the sellers had wanted (and I'd joined them in wanting this ASAP). Through this Faith was active, cheerfully supportive, and provided information on the progression of bottlenecks, finally telling me of the closing date 3 days before my attorney did, which let me enter the chaos of moving things from two sites with that additional time before the known date of closing. Faith recommended a superb Home Inspector, and even after the closing she found moving resources I could use on very short notice. She always picked up the phone, except the two times she was occupied with showing a house, and at a closing for another house—texting me that she'd get back to me as soon as she was free, and then did. She is very able and quietly aggressive in getting things done. I give her my unreserved recommendation—and I'm as particular as I am long-winded.

Because of Faith's efforts, I received multiple offers for my Albany building, and sold the property for more than I expected. I have dealt with other real estate agents, but Faith was friendlier, more professional and much more helpful! Since I was in Florida at the time of the listing, Faith helped prepare the building for sale and performed duties above and beyond what most real estate agents would do, such as getting some last minute work done and obtaining necessary permits to sell property. Faith is very knowledgeable of the Albany area real estate market, and she was able to sell my Lark Street building for more than comparable buildings or listings in the same area.
